Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

The property has 2 living areas and one can be configured as a big double bedroom, please let me know when booking how you want it to be set up. The ferry terminal, South Beach and North Shore are a 15 minute walk. Less than 3 minutes walk are shops, takeaways and also a castle. ASDA and various restaurants are 15 minutes from the property.

Bright airy apartment with patio doors from the living room leading outside to a small seating area that’s a little sun trap, there’s a large comfy sofa and a dining table. The kitchen is compact, with all cooking facilities, fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, there are also 2 bar stools to sit and have a swally on! Both bedrooms have comfy beds and drawer units, black out curtains for lovely long lies. There is kids toys, books and games. It’s a 2 minute walk to the seafront!

The house is at the quieter residential end but still within easy walking distance of Ayr Town centre's shops, restaurants and pubs. The beachfront indoor and outdoor playparks are 5 mins walk away. Belleisle Park is nearby with it's excellent municipal Golf course and gardens. NowTV , Disney+ and Netflix are also included along with a Wii console and games.
