Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Entire cotton mill workers’ cottage in Rothesay

This former cotton mill workers cottage dating back to 1805 in the centre of Rothesay is the perfect location, offering the convenience of being in the town centre as well as being a base to explore the island and beyond. The property is cosy, well equipped and decorated to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. All pets are welcome. There is a log burning stove in the living room. There is ample parking outside the property. Travel cot and highchair available if required - please ask.

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. The village of Kilchattan Bay is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Rothesay, a perfect Scottish Island rural getaway. This is a very quiet village which offers beautiful landscapes and scenery, alongside the abundance of wildlife and walks it has to offer. The village also has it's own small tearoom as you come in to the village and a bar/ restaurant 1/2 a mile away.

A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. Situated at Toward Point in Argyll, this beautiful cottage offers a luxurious stay with views to die for. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.
