Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Si vous rêver de vous réveiller au son des oiseaux, de dîner avec un coucher de soleil sur montmartre, mon deux pièces avec terrasse aux pieds du parc des buttes chaumont vous attend. Il comprend : une chambre séparée zen face au ciel ,un séjour avec coin bureau et un coin salon. Le canapé se transforme en vrai lit deux places . Pour le repas : coin bar dans la cuisine, table du séjour ou terrasse. Beton brut et les objets design raviront les amateurs de style minimaliste contemporain!

Appartement au charme indochinois, centre de Paris

Je vous accueille chez moi dans un appartement de 70 m², meublé avec des pièces rapportées du Vietnam. Il comprend deux grandes chambres avec leur salle de bain privée et leur grand lit. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu, calme, et dispose d’un balcon où l’on peut diner en été. Depuis le balcon, vous pouvez admirer le ciel de Paris au coucher de soleil, et en hiver, apercevoir la tour Eiffel qui brille. L’appartement est bien équipé pour cuisiner et offre tout le confort nécessaire.
