Coral Reef Cottage

We are excited to be offering our Coral Reef Cottage for the 2025 season. Located in the heart of the southern Outer Banks of Frisco. The home is completely set up for groups of 8, being kid friendly. Beach accesses are up and down highway 12 with 1 just 1 mile away. Hatteras lighthouse is one of the most popular sites to see just 5 miles away in Buxton and Ocracoke Island is a scenic ferry ride worth the trip. Nestled high up in the pines of Frisco this conveniently located home is perfect for fisherman, small families and water sportsman looking for a secluded space on Cape Hatteras. 5 minute drive to the frisco bathhouse beach and just 10 to the Cape Hatteras light house. Enjoy the open concept living, dining/kitchen area and screened in porch as well as open air deck with ample seating. Mark’s Bunker is located off highway 12 and is surrounded by over 5 acres of undeveloped marshlands.

Ocean Minded (The Loft)

Ocean Minded (The Loft) is the top floor of our beach house featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom with peek-a-boo ocean views from the screened in porch. The house is centrally located in Avon on a private, dead end road and is walking distance to the beach, pier, restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee shop. Most of the other houses on the street are privately owned by families that live out of town and are not rentals, giving it a very peaceful and serene feeling.
