The Annexe is self contained with garden views and in the centre of the village of Holmes Chapel within short walking distance of all shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a train station 5-10 minutes walk away with services to Manchester and Crewe, and the village is 2 minutes from J18 on the M6. The accommodation itself has excellent off-road parking, is homely and bright, and has a well appointed kitchenette. We supply fresh towels and basic supplies (milk, tea, coffee) to welcome you.

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
