Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein gutes Restaurant sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, von Küche bis Bettwäsche ist hier nur allerhöchste Qualität ausgewählt worden. Ein Blickfang ist der historische Backofen im Wohn-Essbereich.
