Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sitting on 1.4 acres of lakefront property, you have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. 2 bedrooms w/ king size beds, 1 bedroom w/ built-in bunk beds. Every room has its own private bathroom and door to the deck. We have a huge back deck that overlooks the property & the lake that's perfect for entertaining and grilling. 2 docks on the lake that are perfect for fishing.

We welcome all guest into our charming four bedroom farmhouse decorated in French country. Enjoy privacy on this 20 acre gated property with plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats. Centrally located to all attractions in Bossier and Shreveport. I love to meet new people from diverse backgrounds. This is a new venture for me after retiring from working with children in special education. I enjoyed decorating this beautiful home and feel blessed to meet you on your journey of life.

In the shadows of towering pine and cypress trees, our cabin sits on 3 secluded acres surrounded by trees and tranquil waterfront with an adjoining spacious deck to relax in the shade or under the stars. Throughout the property you'll find several fire pits with plenty of firewood, including oak to cook with in one of our smokers. We also have kayaks, a canoe, and a spot to fish.
