Our KAYAK apartment, located on the ground floor, is designed and decorated in a coastal style to help you relax, embrace the beach lifestyle, and enjoy the peaceful vibes of the area. It is fully equipped to ensure you make the most of your holiday and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. LIVING ROOM The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the first thing you'll notice when you enter the apartment. Enjoy our luxury villa by the sea. The house has been totally renovated and this is the first time we rent it out. Now, you have the opportunity of being one of the first guest to stay in our charming place with private garden. The house is located in Cala Estancia, from one of the longest sandy beaches of the island, to the restaurants, bars and pubs of Arenal or Can Pastilla. It is only a 5 minutes walk to Puro, the famous beach club. Our house is also surrounded by different nautical clubs!

Our charming countryside guest house is a perfect place to relax and be surrounded by nature. It has independent access and is only 15 mins away from Palma de Mallorca. It's surrounded by olive trees vinyards and orange trees. A unique experience were you can do walks at the different areas of the finca or simply enjoy the silent and peaceful ambiance. We offer breakfast for an extra cost of 14euros per person. 2 bedrooms/1bathroom. Summer (march-oct) we offer breakfast 14 euros per person.

La habitación Doble Superior es amplia, cómoda, con un estilo tradicional. Dispone de un baño completo, suelos de mármol y una amplia terraza.
