This private bedroom features private bath and queen size bed for 2 guests. Our one-story home is situated at the heart of Summerlin (20 minutes from the Strip), close to the Red Rock Canyon and Casino, Downtown Summerlin mall, the Vegas ballpark and a nice neighborhood park. Common areas like the kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room ($) as well as the backyard are open for guests. You will have great experience at this centrally located place. Solo Bed for 1 Person

Solo bed for 1 person comfortable innerspring Full Sized Bed. Be aware that there will be some noise, from guests entering/exiting the Front Door. I have a small Yorkie named Buddy he is hypoallergenic dog so no shedding.
