Contractors welcome. Enjoy the morning sun from the breakfast nook with banquette, relax in the Florida room in the afternoon. New bathrooms and refreshed home. Walk to the bay public access to play in the water, take a kayak for a spin or just watch the sunsets every evening. The dock & picnic area is not ours to use. The Parker Pier and more beachfront and picnic area is across 98 as well as a semi private feeling beach 2 blocks N. This house is perfect for family get-togethers.

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly vacation home. This 3 bedroom gem is located in the heart of Panama City, FL. We are located 15 miles away from Panama City Beach and only 6 miles away from Tyndall Air Force Base. This house features a nice master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a 3rd bedroom with a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa bed. All bedrooms are located upstair along with the second full shared bathroom.

We are located in the beautiful historic neighborhood of St. Andrews. This is not just a 3BR/2BA house for rent, it was the family home of the current owners . Newly renovated, it feels like a home away from home for guests. The house is fully stocked for comfort & is pet friendly. Private beach, huge bayside yard w/deck, incredible views day and night. Everything you need for supplies, dining, shopping and entertainment is within one to two miles of the house.

This home has recently been renovated, with a full kitchen & dining area, 2 baths, 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, one with an overhead nook, and 2 separate entertainment areas. Situated just 15 min from historic St. Andrews, and 30 min from Panama City Beach(W) and Mexico Beach(E). There are 4 smart TVs, a foosball table, and upstairs a comfy couch and table for reading and board games. Lastly our loft with two beds gives that camping like feel.
