Modern apartment located on the second floor in Pacific Beach. 2 Total guest only. Not a party home. Please do not book this apartment for 3 or more guest. 2 total guest only. Sorry No Outside guest/Visitors. No Pets: $350 fine and cancelation of reservation with no refund. kitchen comes fully equipped. It is located a short 5 Minute walk to Sail bay/ Mission Bay and 15 min walk to the beach and to the Catamaran resort. No outdoor space and no assign parking. No washer and no dryer

Bird Rock Warrior Studio 3 feet to Ocean Park

True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 40 feet by the house, there is an ocean park right next door. It is perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. It is the spot where locals hanging out. It is next to one of the most popular surfing spots in San Diego. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. The Pacific Beach night life is 5 mins drive away.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
