Our cozy studio apartment sets on the Patuxent River. With the perfect views of Myrtle Beach, Point Patient and Thomas Johnson Bridge. Relax watching the boats and birds or take a walk along the water for a lovely neighborhood to stroll for 2.5 miles. Your favorite moments may be when you wake to see the sun rise and again to see the orange sky set. Just over the bridge from the popular Solomon's Island which is full of fabulous restaurants, boat rentals, charter fishing and summer concerts.

Cute studio apartment on charming Solomons Island. Walking distance to restaurants, live music, boat and kayak rentals. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, two burner cooktop,coffee maker & electric kettle We provide all bedding and bath towels for two people. Enjoy your coffee ( provided) or wine on the deck in the fenced in side yard. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please make sure you pay the pet fee. We also have a boat slip across the street that you can rent

Brookeside tuckaway / Free Beach Passes

Brookeside features a bedroom with two beds, a living room with a pullout, and a bathroom. The furniture is distinguished by German quality. The roomy and well-lit living area features smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an array of collectables from Europe and Asia. All elements are genuine. The walls feature handcrafts from our mother and paintings by Czech artists. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom includes a washer/dryer, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a first aid kit.

This booking is for the entire SECOND story & loft of a DUPLEX-style beach house. Entrance, access, & all indoor spaces of the unit are private, however there are often other guests and families on the first floor. There is also a STAIRCASE to the 2nd floor unit and a STAIRCASE to the loft. Please ensure this home suits your needs. The space has an open floor design with 14' cathedral ceilings for a spacious modern feel with beach-house charm. Walk 2 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and more!

The Solomons Sunset Suite

Centrally located in Solomon’s Island overlooking the Solomon’s Boardwalk w/ EXPANSIVE VIEWS of the Patuxent River and the Solomon’s Bridge, make the Sunset Suite the perfect place to stay! Walking distance to multiple restaurants, the legendary tiki bar, and all that Solomon’s has to offer! Step out onto the covered porch and feel like you are in a Southern Beach town admiring the views, the wildlife, and the passers by. This unit can be booked with the Sunrise Suite to accommodate 12!

Welcome to our private second-story suite! Situated above a quiet, professional HVAC shop, this unit offers elevated views of the surrounding greenery and peaceful atmosphere. Access to the upper floor is through a shared main entrance that leads to 2 independent units. Each unit occupies its own side of the building, ensuring total privacy and your own exclusive space once inside. As this is a working HVAC shop during the day, you may see some equipment in the area outside

Come enjoy our waterfront home on the scenic Calvert Cliffs. Take in beautiful Bay views in Adirondack chairs with stunning vistas. Photograph wildlife. Comfortable ½ mile walk to private community bay shoreline. Have breakfast in the yard while enjoying the sunrise. Stroll the community shoreline and explore fossil hunting, hike at nearby trails. No pets are allowed because I have a severe allergic reaction to pet hair and dander. Thanks for your understanding.

A cozy 600 square ft apartment located in the lower level of our home. It has a private entrance. The neighborhood is quiet. You can watch the birds and squirrels outside your door. The high ceilings make the area more spacious. It is an oasis for anyone who wants to just chill.
