Cambridge is a 30 minute drive, and London by direct train in less than an hour, so perfect if you want to visit either - or both - of these cities in a weekend.

IWM Duxford is nearby and there are fine countryside walks and several gastro pubs, restaurants, and bistros to choose from locally. The M11 is just over a mile away and Addenbrookes, AstraZeneca, Granta Park, Babraham Institute and Wellcome Genome Campus are all a short distance by car.

Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. West St Chapel is a unique home in the heart of the historic market town of Oundle. Recently converted, it makes a comfortable, light-filled home, featuring an open-plan kitchen, small dining area , living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and west-facing outdoor terrace. Oundle is a beautiful vibrant town on the river Nene, featuring Georgian architecture and a range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Domek: Idyllic Hertfordshire cottage

The Domek is set within an idyllic courtyard of the Gotha Gardens at Pembroke Farm. The cottage accommodation is over two floors with an open plan sitting room, diner and vintage kitchen decorated in French farmhouse style, whitewashed beams and oak floors. The bedrooms are fresh and charming with a circular window in the double and a Juliet french window in the twin. The Domek also has its own reserved terrace overlooking the courtyard.
