The River House

Enjoy this waterfront vacation home on the Pasquotank River located just 1.5 miles from downtown Elizabeth City. This house can accommodate 11 guests in the 5 bedrooms and can sleep two more on a futon and a daybed. Perfect for big families or group trips! Guests can enjoy swimming, fishing, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding and sitting on their own private dock. What a perfect spot to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise! Kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided.

My brand new ‘barndominium’ is a lovely retreat! Two horses and two mini donkeys live on the property. You will see wild turkeys, deer, bald eagles, and otters. Enjoy the nature trails that wind through the woods, sit on the beach, swim in the river, or kayak down Newbegun Creek into the beautiful, fresh water Pasquotank River. Peace and quiet abound on this private, 58 acre farm. Located 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Elizabeth City, where you will find shopping, museums, and fine dining.

Fully appointed Kitchen, Stone Firelplace, 3 Bedrooms with new Queen size Nectar foam mattresses (2 rooms also have full size pull out sofa beds). Sleeping arrangements ideal for 6 adults and 4 children. Smart TV's and Direct TV available in Living Room and each bedroom. WiFi access included.
