Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment has all the amenities you need along with beautiful water views. The kitchen is stocked with a full size refrigerator, range, and coffee maker. A comfortable king sized bed is sure to make your stay restful. The apartment has its own entrance and parking spot to ensure privacy. Please be aware the apartment is on the second floor so requires walking up the stairs to access. Kick back, relax in this calm, stylish space with Sweet Iced Tea, awaiting your arrival. We are surrounded by water on this little Island. We offer activities with community swimming pool. (Small fee for the pool) Pool Open thru Labor Day. Canal front fishin and crabbin on property. (don't forget License) I have a strict no smoking inside apartment policy and a NO pet policy, due to lung issues and Allergies to all animals, NO service PETS or emotional support animals, please.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

The Bungalow

This unique hidden gem has all the features for an amazing getaway. We are an hour/ 20 min drive from the beautiful Outerbanks NC. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and swimming at our shared park on the Albermarle Sound. Swim in our community pool and then end your day at a cozy campfire. Wake to the sounds of birds and fall asleep to the sound of frogs and crickets. We are located in a peaceful, family friendly community.
