Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

A 1400 m d'altitude dans la vallée sauvage des Garrotxes la maison traditionnelle en pierre et bois a été rénovée en 2020. Confort authenticité et immersion nature seront au programme. Situé en haut du village et en bordure de la forêt, c'est un lieu idéal pour pratiquer la randonnée pédestre, cycliste ou VTT. En option nous proposons la mise à disposition de deux VTT électriques pour découvrir la richesse des alentours (nature, patrimoine, panoramas) en laissant votre voiture au parking.

Consta d'una sala-menjador amb llar de foc, un dormitori de matrimoni obert a la sala, un altre petit dormitori amb dues lliteres, cuina equipada, BANY ADAPTAT, calefacció per terra radiant i un jardí privat.

Can Sunyer és una casa de nova construcció localitzada a La Roca, població situada al bell mig de la Vall de Camprodon. Wifi d'alta velocitat. El poble disposa d'un aparcament públic ja que al centre del poble és peatonal i no hi poden circular vehicles.

La chimenea, la barbacoa exterior, y el Jacuzzi ofrecen un espacio único para disfrutar en familia o pareja de todos los momentos del día. Ideal punto de partida para las excursiones.
