La casetta del Borgo è una piccola perla nel suggestivo Borgo di Trevignano Romano. Un delizioso monolocale a due passi dal Lago, dall’atmosfera soffusa, che si ispira al tema di una barca. Tre posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo soppalcato), cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e un suggestivo biocamino. La casa è dotata di Tv, lavatrice, frigo, forno, ferro da stiro e phon. Situata nel centro del Paese, permette di raggiungere con pochi passi le principali attrattive turistiche.

Monolocale grazioso, confortevole e ben attrezzato al piano terra di una villa interna a un residence, a fianco di un ampio giardino alberato. Parcheggio interno proprio davanti. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla e residenziale nei pressi del mare di Santa Marinella. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 350 metri. Santa Marinella si trova a 60 Km da Roma, che è facile da raggiungere in treno. La stazione si trova infatti a 700 metri, e i treni più veloci portano a Roma San Pietro in 35 minuti.
