While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.
