Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages on your private deck or the NEW creekside patio complete with fire table and string lights for cool weather. Bird watching is abundant! The Granary sits between the 100+ year old barn and our family cabin residence.

You can also just stay put to kick back and relax on the porch, in the hot tub or in front of a fire. Once you're here, you will not want to leave.

Breathtaking views of Cold Mountain and Mt Pisgah greet you from the large porch of this qaint, pet friendly, sparkling- clean cabin in the community of Bethel. This pine sided 12'x20' cabin sits on 5 manicured acres surrounded by a creek. Enjoy all the activities that Western North Carolina has to offer. This small cabin is close to hiking and mountain biking trails, waterfalls and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is 30 minutes from the eclectic Asheville or 15 minutes from laid back Waynesville.

Awaken in a luxury king size bed and slide open the garage door to sweeping views of the Smokies. Enjoy coffee on the deck. Fully furnished bed and bath, AC/Heat and kitchenette. Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Watch the wildlife and farm animals or fish for trout in our 1/2 mile of river. Quiet~ private~ breathtaking~ accessible~

Drive just ten minutes to the vast Pisgah National Forest for world-class hiking and mountain biking. In the evening, bop over to downtown Asheville for dinner and cocktails. Retreat just twenty minutes back to the serene tiny house for a peaceful night and watch the sun set over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Beautiful modern farm surrounded by mountain views, hot tub coming soon by 10/1/25, creek for the kids to play. View of farm animals from inside. Scheduled a time during your stay for free farm visits. Large outdoor ping-pong pong table (no sitting/leaning on ping-pong table), indoor and outdoor play house with 1 slide, large adult/kids swings, huge jenga game and more. No pets allowed for many reasons and for the health & safety of our farm pets. No Smoking allowed in or outside.

From the perfect location in the Bethel community, set out to explore Waynesville, Canton, Brevard, Asheville, or the Pisgah National Forest! Enjoy coffee overlooking the East Fork of the Pigeon River, then head out to hike, bike, or explore local art, shops, breweries, and scenery. You may not want to leave the back deck or yard at all once you've settled in! Jump in the river or relax in a hammock by the water, say hi to the neighbors, or take a scenic run right from the house.

Blackberry Cottage

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
