Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla , within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all amenities and close to the town of Albox . Being nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley makes it an ideal location for walking , cycling and exploring the area. The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

We have tried to create a peaceful comfortable place where we would like to stay on holiday. You may be house hunting, visiting family, or just having a break away, but I'm sure we can make your stay amazing. We are very close to the village of Arboleas where there are plenty of spanish and European restaurants and the larger town of Albox is 10 minutes away. 35 minutes to the coast

In this perfect little hideaway in rural Andalucia close to Albox, Huercal Overa and Arboleas you can relax and chill or go for endless hikes enjoying the scenery, ride your road bike along the quite roads or mountainbike down the rambla.
