Romantic Attic Apartment Overlooking a Gothic Church

Choose a book from a shelf and sink into a red armchair under a peaked ceiling. Striking timber beams and gleaming hardwood floors add warmth and character to this remodeled attic space. An inviting spiral staircase leads to a small landing with a view. The flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the nearby canal. At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof balcony overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house. The apartment is provided with good WIFI CONNECTION, AIR CONDITIONING and MOSQUITO SCREENS in any room CASA ZORZI is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays. I use to welcome personally my guests, spending some time on arrival to recommend my favourite places in town....... The apartment is also provided with good reference books useful to plan and enjoy a stay in Venice. The Apartment is located on the quieter side of the truly Venetian Cannaregio District. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Cenare, such a charming and refined flat

The Cenare apartment is on the 2nd floor, under the roof beams, of a sixteenth century building in the Cannaregio Sestiere. Overlooks the Sensa canal, a garden and the historic Ghetto. Exceptionally luminous and sunny, it is also quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has a generous working area. Dining table for 3 people. The bedroom has either a double bed (160 cm X 195cm) or else two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a rainfall shower head.

You'll be staying in a newly renovated apartment on the third floor of a residential building (with elevator) facing via Bafile, Jesolo Lido's main street, between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini. The beach is literally a 1 minute-walk from the apartment. The apartment can accomodate up to 6 guests and includes a private parking space for 1 car, your own umbrella with beach beds on the beach right in front of the apartment, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and washing machine.

The breathtaking view of St Mark's basin makes this apartment unique; it is located on the third floor of a Venetian building overlooking the Riva dei Sette Martiri. The apartment is located a few steps from the Biennale, the Arsenal and St Mark's Square. From its windows, you can enjoy the fireworks show of the Festa del Redentore, the start of the Regata Storica and Voga Longa, the arrival of Venice Marathon and admire Venice's skyline every evening at sunset.

Chers hôtes, Voici notre charmant et lumineux appartement de 60m² en plein cœur de Venise (zone Cannaregio) dans un palais historique du XVIème. Au fond d’une ruelle sans issue donnant sur le canal, vous ne serez pas dérangé par le bruit. Il s'agit d'un palais familial où seulement moi, mon oncle et ma tante y vivons, vous ne serez donc pas dérangé par le bruit du voisinage. Mon appartement dans lequel je vis est juste au-dessus du vôtre.
