Nautico is a bright and comfortable bolt-hole in peaceful Carbis Bay - yet just a 5 minute drive (or a 40 minute walk along the coast path) to the bustling harbour town & artist haven of St Ives. This self-contained annex forms part of my bungalow, but enjoys its own private entrance which allows guests complete freedom to come and go as they please. With wide golden sands, Carbis Bay beach has a Blue Flag Award for water quality (2025), a Seaside Award & can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Hideaway - 1 King bed + 2 Bathrooms + Patio

Location, Location! Hideaway is located near the High St in the centre of St Ives, just up a small lane at the back of Treliska House. It is a pleasant quiet oasis only 2 mins easy walk from the harbour and beaches. This spacious King bed apartment has the unique benefit of two bathrooms and a lovely private outside patio. *** Well behaved Pet Welcome as long as they please stay off all furnishings *** Parking is available on request at £13.00 per day in a reserved space at the Railway Station.

It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.
