It features a fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi, a/c and a fireplace. Pets allowed upon approval with a pet fee. No aggressive dogs allowed on the property.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! You’ll love our place because of the location, the outdoors space and our cozy safe neighborhood. Our rental is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and also well behaved furry friends - a $80 pet fee to be paid when making your booking please.
