This modern, spacious one bedroom studio sits privately downstairs at the rear of our residence, with separate entry & quiet street parking. It features a comfy king size bed, newly renovated bathroom & laundry, self-contained kitchen, lounge & dining rooms, snooker table & stylish furnishings. Unwind and relax on the covered deck with uninterrupted water views over the bay to the mountains watching beautiful sunsets. Located in a quiet beachside location with shops, cafes, restaurants, Caves beachside hotel all within a 3 minute drive.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Situated on beautiful Lake Macquarie and only moments to the lakeside walking track. Spacious one bedroom apartment with separate living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. Luxurious king size bed and direct lake views. You have your own parking space and separate entrance.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.
