Welcome to our 2 bedroom end terrace house in Denton Holme, Carlisle! We can accommodate 4 people, with a king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. We can also provide 2 travel cots. We cater for families with children of any age, people traveling for work or breaking up a long journey and dog lovers on holiday. The house is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Carlisle, round the corner from nearby shops and a short stroll from a lovely walk by the River Caldew.

Stanwix Cottage. Walking distance of park and town

Stanwix Cottage dates back to the 1650s when it was part of the coaching Inn which is now the Crown and Thistle. It has been recently fully renovated and is an ideal comfortable base to tour the City of Carlisle, Cumbria, including the Lake District or Southern Scotland. It has three reception rooms including a conservatory overlooking the lovely enclosed garden with patio and three bedrooms, one ensuite. It is within walking distance of the city centre and Rickerby Park and the River Eden.

Whether you are looking for a M6 stopover, visiting the city of Carlisle or exploring the lakes, The Hayloft is a delight. Situated in Warwick-on-Eden it is within five minutes of the M6 motorway. Dating back to 1842 it overlooks a cobbled courtyard & has been tastefully restored to retain the original beams. We are dog friendly! We are also child friendly! Ghyllie Cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom cottage that is over 200 years old! Wetheral is just 3 miles from junction 42 on the M6 and the village has great amenities including a Village Shop and post office, Cafe, and a great pub just across the road! Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Cleugh Foot (pronounced Clue Foot) is one of the original buildings on the Netherby Estate, overlooking acres of parkland along the River Esk. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!

Mount Farm - Tom's Place, Detached Guest Suite

Welcome to Tom's place, a detached guest suite situated on our farm. We are dog friendly, and can accept one small dog in this accommodation at a small additional charge of £10. We have other accommodation available for more than one or larger dogs - please just ask. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided with your stay. Blackford is a peaceful place to stay, close by to the M6, Lake District, Borders and Hadrians Wall.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. The perfect base for walking or biking the area or visiting the local towns and amazing sights or to just stop and relax and refresh. This is a dog friendly accommodation however any other pet ie cat/donkey/giant python I'm afraid has to be left at home and I ask you keep dog on the leash when around the car park and walkways.

We are a stunningly renovated terraced cottage. The contemporary open plan living area with comfy sofas, wood burner, cosy bedroom with SIMBA mattress and contemporary en-suite bathroom. From the moment you step through the door your relaxing break will begin. In the garden there is also private Hot Tub underneath a secluded pergola and access to the River Esk is via the back garden.

Little Ash Tree Cottage

A self contained 1890s sandstone barn finished to a high standard in a unique space. Guests have the entire place and private access. Situated close to J42 of the M6, a perfect stop off on long journeys or an extended break exploring the North Lakes, Hadrian's wall, the Scottish borders or the historic city of Carlisle.
