la villa è  immersa nel verde e le sue terrazze si affacciano su una lussureggiante pineta e sul mare. Sviluppata su 2 livelli, la struttura dispone di una vasta sala e di una spaziosa cucina.
 Le camere sono 3, 2 matrimoniali con aria condizionata ed una camera doppia con due letti singoli. I bagni sono due, uno completo di doccia e l'altro di servizio. Nel giardino è inoltre disponibile una doccia all'aperto, parcheggio privato. Due ampie terrazze.

Bellissima villetta sita a soli 1km dal centro abitato e dotata di ampio giardino con mini campo da calcio, un terreno enorme con alberi da frutto e tanto svago e relax .Situata ai piedi della collina e lontana dalla strada principale rende il soggiorno davvero molto rilassante e riservato, soppratutto la sera quando il cielo stellato e il suono delle cicale fanno da padroni al paesaggio.Di giorno dopo la doccia in giardino post mare ci si può rilassare con un bel pranzetto al barbecue.
