New air conditioning unit, remodeled bathrooms, partially renovated, with fresh indoor paint, carpet, & Led lighting. Living room, den, kitchen, gas stove, free Wi-Fi, central heat & air! We no longer accept pets! Guests have not been disclosing and paying the fees for them so we can no longer have them. If you have booked prior to 19 miles to Caverns, 52 miles Guadalupe Mountains. Sage Cottage: Cozy & Serene/ Sleeps 6 / Huge Yard!

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Enchanted Desert Oasis

We want all our guests to have a relaxing & comfortable stay. We have many perks, bottled water in the fridge & upstairs bedrooms to welcome our guest. Coffee, tea, and hot coco with condiments - to get your stay started. The internet is fast and reliable. We offer self check in and enhanced cleaning protocols. Recently we added an outdoor gas fire pit so our guest could spend some time enjoying the stars. We are away from the city with easy access to the highway. Adding more outdoor space.

Rest and relax by the banks of the Pecos River in this tastefully remodeled, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, three bed townhouse, with two car garage. We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

La Fuente is a comfortable 3 bed 2 bath spacious home, featuring 2 queen beds and one king with two full bathrooms. This house is right on Main Street of our town. Just a mile away from the Carlsbad Beach, restaurants, and grocery store is super close. We do have a small unit right beside it, you do share the backyard. Family guests may want to enjoy both of our fantastic homes.
