Presentamos un apartamento cerca del aeropuerto Luis Muñoz Marin SJU. Playas cercanas a 15 minutos aproximadamente: Alambique y Balneario de Carolina. Supermercado y cafeteria (5min caminando), comunidad muy tranquila para trabajo o descansar despues de un dia en la playa o hacer turismo en nuestro hermoso Puerto Rico. We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Comfortable and cozy rooms with bathroom, located in a safe and quiet area five minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin airport in SJ. Close to restaurants, fast foods, banks, pharmacies, casinos and the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. We recently installed solar panels with batteries to ensure our guests have power during the blackouts that have been occurring frequently in Puerto Rico lately. We also have a water cistern in case of a water emergency.

Your own place with a living room and bedroom. It has a tiny cozy bathroom and an area for dressing... Very close to the airport and car rental area (6min only).
