Hidden Garden Cottage - Walk to Town and Hiking

Serene beach cottage in Summerland nestled in a lush well-maintained garden with a large sunny deck and secluded backyard. Perfect for antique lovers, the house boasts one-of-a-kind vintage furniture and art. Can't beat the location, located on a quiet and private dead-end street right next to hiking trails, five minute walk to town and ten minute walk to our beach. This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We have a two spacious bedroom and two full baths in a house surrounded by outdoor patio with private off street parking. We have put a lot of love in making this hose available for you. Uniquely located 1-mile from Santa Claus beach and a 13 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

One mile from downtown Carpinteria and the state beach. Custom designed 320 sqft tiny home with a 400 sqft deck for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people. The large cantina window allows for beautiful natural light and easy access to deck seating. Pets welcome! Large 1/2 acre fully fenced yard surrounding living space.

We are located one block from restaurants, Red Kettle Coffee, shopping & the beach. Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed and sofa bed (full), bath w claw foot tub and ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Dog friendly! Provided: Linens Towels (Shower & Beach) Coffee maker (k-pods incl) Microwave only (NO stove/oven) Refrigerator Surfboard Boogie Boards Kids Wetsuits Beach Toys Ear Plugs - Summerland has great views but there is freeway noise Pet Fee ($75)

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Airstream Dream 'Blue Agave'

If you love the country and animals this is for you. Nestled among the Oak and Sycamore tree's in the Carpinteria Foothills lies 3 cozy but luxurious fully-equipped Airstream's. 'Blue Agave' sleeps up to 4. (1 bed, 1 couch that makes into a bed) 2 beds total 'White Sage' sleeps 2. 1 bed 'Red Oak' sleep 2 1 bed Ranch life at it's finest. 5 minutes away from the worlds safest beach and 15 minutes from Santa Barbara.

Apt 2: Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath, steps to beach

This luxury 1st floor apartment was recently remodeled. The Tropic Shores apartments are a quiet, lushly landscaped 16-unit complex and one of the finest properties in Carpinteria. Your apartment, with its own private patio / garden area, is located steps away from one of the the nicest beaches in California. Step on the sand and turn right, and you'll enter a beach area where you and your dog can walk.

Oak & Avo RV-Carpinteria Foothills Mountain View

This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio. We are pet friendly, however there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night.
