Apricity Cottage is a perfect place to relax in a calm and beautiful space. The central location provides a great base to explore all that the Artists Town of Kirkcudbright has to offer. This newly refurbished cottage has interiors designed by a local, proffesssional interior designer giving it a cosy, stylish ambiance further enhanced by the log burning stove and luxury furnishings. The south facing cottage gives a light airy feel throughout and has a small outside space for drinks and dining.

Nook ( Carsluith holiday lodges) is a beautiful off- grid spacious lodge with a wood fired hot tub and stunning views across the Cree estuary. It is completely off grid so no tv or sockets only usb charging points in the bedroom. The lodge is pet friendly (max 2 medium dogs) for free sits in its own grassed fenced area on our 12 acre smallholding . We are situated close to the Galloway forest which is the famous for its starry dark skies and also has great mountain biking and walking close by.

Ivy Bank Studio Creetown - Gem Rocks Neighbour.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

Nestled in the harbour town of Kirkcudbright, Old Mill Cottage is a hidden gem providing luxury accommodation for two people. The cottage has recently undergone a full restoration meaning that lucky guests will get to experience a light, airy and modern space that has been finished to a very high standard. Kirkcudbright has a bustling community and runs events throughout the year including Farmer Markets, Floodlit Tattoo and Festival of Light which ends with a spectacular firework display.

Come & relax in the cozy cabin in a peaceful location with friendly highland cow neighbours. A self contained space with kitchenette & shower-room. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Please note, there's no oven/hob. There's plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There's broadband & Freesat TV. You'll find a hanging rail & chest of drawers for storage. The cabin is in a separate area of the property with its own private garden/patio. Parking is available.

Spacious beach house with private enclosed garden, ample parking area with private access down to the beach. Well equipped for family life. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. TV and Wifi. Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.

The Lairds Bothy at Knockbrex Castle

Visitors to this wonderful area can stay within the grounds of Knockbrex Castle. The area is a walkers and biking paradise and just a short walk (5-10 minutes) to various beaches. Travel a little to sample the delights in the local area like the chocolate of the Cocoabean Company. Enjoy a walk to the local pubs for lunch at Gatehouse of Fleet or Borgue. For a special evening meal The Ship Inn at Gatehouse of Fleet has lovely locally produced food. car essential, no public transport.

The space The Boathouse is a stylish, self-contained retreat designed exclusively for two adults, located within the grounds of High Point Beach House. It is entirely separate, with its own private entrance and outdoor areas, offering a calm and secluded stay. The light-filled bedroom sits within the eaves and features a large Velux windows ,ideal for star-gazing on clear nights. With minimal light pollution, the night skies are often spectacular. ⸻

Kinganton Bothy, private studio with sea views

The Bothy is a modern self-contained studio adjacent to our home. An old stone bothy converted in 2017, the accommodation offers a private open plan space with it's own entrance, patio garden and parking. Situated on a smallholding looking out to sea in a beautiful region on the Solway coast, secluded beaches and coves are only a 15 minute stroll and the artists town of Kirkcudbright a short drive away. We offer a 15% discount for weekly stays.
