This home offers a nicely equipped kitchen with all new appliances, laundry, front porch swinging, and relaxing backyard firepit. It is perfect for an individual, small family, or working professionals while visiting Carrollton, GA.

This 8.2 acre property has plenty of space The Spring fed lake is clean and inviting, only 3 other neighbors have access to it but we actually own the dam so we own the lake. 50 feet deep ( it does taper so it is safe for kids) and is stocked with 4 types of fish. 7 bedrooms . Dual A/C Stocked kitchen, indoor outdoor games. Early check/out dependent on availability. Let us know in advance so we can schedule the cleaning crew… The charge is $50 /hour with the maximum being the daily rate

The guest house offers private accommodations, including an additional loft bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, laundry facilities, bidet, covered parking, and Wi-Fi access. Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Enjoy being surrounded by nature, farm animals, and stunning country side, all while still being close to food and fun. Soak in a vintage tub, sit by the fire pit, relax and enjoy the view from your private balcony. A 15 minute drive gives you access to great restaurants, boutiques, a charming underground bookstore, a local brewery, and so much more.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
