The spacious 68 sqm first floor apartment is situated in the historical building of the City Hall (including the tourist information center) between the Main Square & Small Square. This is our first chalet, built in 2021. It has a Swedish inspired architecture, with modern finishing and very bright interiors. The front terrace has an astounding overview of the entire Fagaras Moutains ridge and just in front of the terrace, 5m away, there is the lake. Inside there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Outside the bedrooms there is a open-space kitchen and dining area with view towards the moat and the lake. The hot tub is available but not included.

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă foarte liniștită, dar și accesibilă, fiind exact la marginea orașului Sibiu. Apartamentul are curte și intrare privată. Până în centrul orașului se fac 10 minute. La 5 minute se află Prima Shopping Centre, Kaufland, Jumbo, etc. Atât munții cât și priveliștea orașului aduc o atmosferă calmă și relaxantă locuinței. Apartamentul este potrivit pentru familii/grupuri de maxim 6 persoane.

Bucură-te de o vizită de neuitat în această locuință unică cu mic dejun inclus .utilizarea saunei sau a ciubarului este contra cost . Turul cu ATV urile se face cu programare prealabilă de preferat cu o zi inainte ( contra cost ) Cabana este dotată cu o mini chicineta cu frigider, cuptor cu microunde , fierbător de apa si veselă . Nu există posibilitatea de a găti sau grătar la aceasta cabană .

Amazing woodwork that has been carefully renovated to the original look. Two minutes walk from Turnul Sfatului in Piata Mare.
