Luxury cottage with pool access - La Bergerie

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Idéal pour un couple, possibilité de 2 couchages d'appoint en RDC. Environ 50 m2 habitable + Patio et toit terrasse. Une salle d'eau + 2 WC. Espace de vie et chambre avec climatisation réversible. La pièce de vie et la cuisine sont ouverts sur le Patio. Un abris contient le lave linge et stockage. Barbecue à charbon et Plancha à disposition.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Cet havre de paix environné de vignes, cyprès figuiers, oliviers, mimosas... fait partis d'un ancien mas vigneron datant du 19 eme. Elle vous offre un camp de base pour des balades sereines ou randonnées plus montagnardes (massif du Canigou) mais aussi pour les chemins côtiers de la Méditerranée.

Venez couper déconnecter dans ce cadre hors du commun. Laissez-vous bercer par les sons de la nature dans ce logement unique. La pyramide à été réalisé par un ferronnier notre ami et cyril. Une vue coté littoral et coté Canigou. Vous pourrez vous détendre devant la pyramide qui dispose d'un filet de catamaran oubien derrière sur nos 2 balançoires.

Nos deux yourtes traditionnelles mongole tout confort en pleine nature avec sa vue panoramique vont ravir tous les types de voyageurs. Importées de Mongolie elle sont des modèles traditionnels. Nous y avons ajouté la modernité et le confort que l'on attend pour passer un séjour inoubliable.

Our modern, comfortable apartment is in an old stone barn. Its balcony has sweeping views over an ancient village, a castle, a river, and the hills around. What a place to come home to after a day sightseeing, visiting Spain or lazing on the beach! Parking is close by and free.
