The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. The Valley is one of our largest of four lodges, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, chairs, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The equipped kitchen includes a small fridge, oven, induction hob, and all the kitchenware you need for a convenient stay. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. Enjoy the stunning valley views from the terrace or relax in the private hot tub.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

This stylish Edwardian terraced house is perfect for couples or a family. On the edge of Durham Heritage Coastline & Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. 8 mins walk to beaches & cliffs. On a clear day views as far as Blyth & Whitby. The sandy beach has wonderful rock formations & an abundance of sea glass after a high tide. Regular sightings of seal, dolphin, deer and rare birds. Also the beach is the location of the final scenes of Get Carter with Michael Caine & Britt Ekland (1970).

Maltkiln House Annexe is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annexe dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annexe straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annexe is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.
