Detached studio decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard,boasting privacy,beautiful views,space, personal drive, & 2 outdoor patio seating areas! In an excellent, quiet location in the village of Oulton, between the cities of Leeds and Wakefield . With outstanding views across fields and multiple walks on its’ doorstep, yet within a mile of the M62, M1 and A1. A wealth of amenities within a 2 mile distance, including 3 supermarkets, shops, pubs, bars , cafes, restaurants, and farm shops.

WELCOME Now open for 2026 and looking forward to greeting guests both new and old. Built under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is rustic themed and located around 5 mls (8km) from the A1 and 3 (5km) from the M62 motorway, with good road/rail and bus links. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Totally private with its own access from the driveway with parking for one vehicle. I live to the rear of the annex so am on hand to sort out any problems that may arise through out your stay .
