Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.

Our newly listed property features open architecture and expansive views of the lake, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with outdoor serenity. In mid-December 2025, we added a temporary dock to replace the one damaged in the 2025 storm, and in summer 2026, we'll add a permanent dock.
