High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

Additionally, the Great Smokey National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Cataloochee ski area are nearby with scenic drives, nature trails, and a variety of hikes for outdoor enthusiasts. In extreme winter conditions roads may require 4 wheel drive.

Centrally located, within minutes to shops and restaurants in Dillsboro and Sylva, 10 mins to WCU and 20 to Franklin, Bryson City & Waynesville. Convenient Tuckasegee river access across the street and close to many hiking spots!
