Free on-street parking is available in front of the garden studio. This cosy studio features a double bed, a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. It is equipped with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and coffee-tea. Ideal for solo travellers or couples looking for a central, comfortable, and affordable base in Cardiff!

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Perfectly situated for a visit to sporting and entertainment events in Cardiff City Centre or a visit to children studying at the university, our annexe is a beautiful, recently renovated space. It comprises a kitchen/living room/diner with high ceiling, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.
