Rilassati in questo spazioso e nuovo appartamento vicino al centro con vista sullo storico Arco di San Lazzaro. A soli 7 minuti in auto dalla Stazione e a 900 metri da Strada della Repubblica (la via principale di Parma). Vi aspetta un ampio e luminoso open space con terrazzo e una rara vista sull'Arco di San Lazzaro. Zona notte con suite con cabina armadio e seconda camera matrimoniale con letto queen size, bagno moderno con doccia, Smart TV con Netflix e FIBRA ultra veloce (600 mbps!).

La posizione strategica vi permetterà di vivere il centro enogastronomici, culturale e artistico di Parma. A pochi metri c'è la fermata taxi e autobus collegata con la stazione, in alternativa raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15min. Dall'autostrada si arriva facilmente al parcheggio coperto Goito aperto 24h che dista 6 min a piedi.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
