Holly House - Quiet Retreat

Holly House is a luxury family home set in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, offering a peaceful and comfortable escape for families and couples. IMPORTANT Music must NOT be played outside at any time and quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 10 am. Holly House is a relaxing retreat NOT a party venue. Lovely cosy place to stay with a four poster bed, this very comfortable two bedroom mews can sleep 5 (it has a double sofa bed in the lounge). 2 parking spaces. Literally next to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and very close to Cannon Hall Farm- the Channel 5 show. Close by the M1, offering quick and easy access to every part of Yorkshire Well behaved dogs welcome. Extensive countryside walking from your front door. EV charging available. PLEASE NOTE: the access is by a flight of stairs.

Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Historic York is an easy 40 mins drive and you can be in the heart of the Peak District within the hour. The hosts live in the main house on site so are available to answer any questions during your stay.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.

Close to a waterfall on the river Dearne, this truly is a magical place.
