Little house at tilted ranch

Entire home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, newly added Queen bed in the living room, The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. There is some equipment on property, We have a shop area in the back of the property we use occasionally but it is a good distance away. NO AC

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. A slice of small town life

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

Enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex settled right in the middle of the San Luis Valley about an hour from the Grand Sand Dunes National park, Blanca Peak, and right by the wildlife refuge, where the cranes stop by to rest.
