Si el incumplimiento de estas normas persiste, podríais ser expulsados del apartamento sin derecho a ninguna devolución y la fianza tampoco será devuelta. - TABACO: Fumar en el interior del apartamento no está permitido, pero podéis hacerlo en los balcones del salón. - LLAVES: La pérdida de las llaves conllevará un coste de restitución de 30€. - DAÑO O PÉRDIDA DE ELEMENTOS DEL APARTAMENTO: Si ocurriera, por favor avisad para que podamos anticiparnos y reponerlos para la próxima estancia. Si se rompe algún elemento de poco valor y dentro de un uso normal, como un vaso, un plato, etc... no deduciremos nada de la fianza, pero por favor avisadme para poder reemplazarlo para los siguientes huéspedes. Cualquier otro tipo de pérdida o rotura conllevará una deducción de la fianza equivalente a su valor de reposición.
