My boxing class makes it easier than ever to step into the ring for the first time. Strap on some gloves at my gym, Fightland Azca, and discover power you might not know you had. • I’ll welcome you to the gym, discuss the history of boxing in Spain, share the story of Fightland, and show you how to wrap your hands like a pro. • After a jump-rope warmup, I’ll demonstrate boxing fundamentals such as the guard stance, foot movements, and main punches using pads. • Once you’ve got the basics down, we’ll pair off for several exercises. Finally, you’ll get time with your own heavy bag so you can put your new knowledge and skills to work. When the final bell rings, we’ll have time to talk about your experience and take pictures around the gym. Don’t be surprised if you walk away feeling like a champ.

We’ll talk about the importance of wine in this country, as well as Spain’s major wine regions. • I’ll start by showing you how I approach wine tasting. We’ll go over the three basic steps: swirling, sniffing, and sipping. • Next, I’ll guide you through a tasting of wines from Rias Baixas, Rioja, Ribera del Duero, and Madrid. We’ll discuss each region, the grape varieties winemakers use there, and the main characteristics of the region’s wines. • Then we’ll relax over tapas, discussing our tasting experiences. I offer you an Indoors real local tapas crawling journey, based on traditional dishes. Over 3 hours we’ll be visiting 4 spots. A market cuisine restaurant, a well-kwown ice-cold beer bar for locals, a new slow food tavern, and a one-century old bodega in a high quality and non-touristy tapas area, which madrileños love. You'll be able to see people from Madrid going out for real tapas. And you'll feel like one of us. All the included spots are family-owned bussines, and I'm lucky to know the owners (David, Jesús, José and Paco) since many years ago. I grew up in this fantastic district called Chamberí and I have been trying their many bars and dishes thoughout my life, so I know them... in detail! My goal is that at the end of the tour you will not only see some of the most beautiful and meaningful sites and also less well known great spots, but also understand their deep meaning and how modern Madrid is the result of a series of unexpected events, conquests, successes, catastrophes and contradictions that create a unique urbanism, heritage and culture with great impact in Western culture.

Nuestra inmersión en la cultura toledana empezara con una caminata a través de los miradores con las mejores panorámicas de la ciudad. caminaremos por sus mágicas calles, pasearemos maravillados por su impresionante arquitectura y ascenderemos hasta la mayor fortaleza de la ciudad. Allí haremos una pausa para que puedas comer tranquilo y sin prisas, ya que te aseguramos que en nuestra aventura la idea es que puedas disfrutar plenamente. Continuaremos nuestro recorrido hacia el segundo destino, que será la ciudad de Segovia, patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO. Al llegar conoceremos el acueducto romano mejor preservado del mundo, subiremos hasta su parte mas alta e iremos a explorar una de las fortalezas medievales mas importantes de España, el majestuoso Alcázar. Tim Bikes highlights bike tour Madrid

Our tour is ideal for everyone who wants to get to know Madrid in a short time but in a relaxed way. Conducted in English. Private tours in English, Dutch, Spanish, French if available and Portuguese if available. In about 3 hours and 11 km biking, you will more or less see and hear everything of the old center while riding a very comfortable bicycle. The “must see” places as well as the hidden corners away from the typical touristic paths. We will ride mainly on cycling paths, pedestrian zones and parks. Of course there will be various stops to take pictures. When we stop, we will tell you about the stories behind what you see and tell our personal experiences of our time in Madrid. After the tour you have an idea which places you want to visit in your own time and in which restaurants and tapas bars you want to have your meal. Cuero Artesano en el Madrid Castizo

Esta experiencia esta pensada para aquellos que quieran pasar un rato agradable en un autentico taller de Cuero Artesano Español. A los asistentes les enseñare algunas de las herramientas que se usan para trabajar el cuero, muchas de las cuales son las mismas que se usaban en épocas medievales, y también la variedad de pieles que existen. Cada participante tendrá la oportunidad de realizar con sus propias manos una pieza artesanal usando cuero Español de primera calidad. Se podrá elegir entre varias piezas, todas ellas sencillas de realizar, pero con un diseño bonito y original; Un lindo bolso de mano, un cinturón a medida, una cartera, dos diferentes monederos o pulseras trenzadas. Comunicándolo previamente al profesor esta la opción de realizar una pieza distintas a estas, que diseñaremos en el acto.... quizás algo que siempre se quiso hacer, un bolso, una riñonera, una funda de móvil.... Cada pieza sera única ya que cada participante podrá decorar su trabajo a su gusto, usando una técnica llamada Repujado, de amplia tradición en España, que introdujeron los Árabes hace cientos de años. We will meet right in the center of the city to start our fantastic tour visiting some of the coolest venues with live music performances that Madrid has to offer. Madrid’s History, Bites & Sips – An Intimate Tour Since 2018

Come with me on a intimate tour with a nice mix of history, architecture, fun anecdotes, a few jokes and really, really, tasty food (Not the mainstream, cliché, touristy food!). We'll start at the Plaza Mayor and then make our way through the old village, stopping at a local market to enjoy some entrees and drinks. Then continue our historical journey through the most ancient and interesting parts of the old town, to finally end before the majestic Royal Palace. After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really classic local restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering food and local drinks. Of course, aside from the food goodies, we will get an opportunity to chill, know each other better and share some laughs. Come and see Madrid through my eyes, I want to make you feel as if you're walking through the city with a bunch of friends but one of them happens to know a lot about it and is more than willing to share the knowledge with you!
