There is the choice of the patrolled Caves Beach, the sheltered Spoon Rocks, only minutes walk away, or the wilder Pinny's Beach on a coastal trail. Sydney is about an hour and a half away. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Itty Bitty b&b

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.
