This recently-renovated apartment is perfectly located for your visit to Waverly or a nearby location (Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin). It is situated on the creative grounds of Standard Deluxe -- an iconic Southern print shop and music venue that presents the Old 280 Boogie and other music performances and events throughout the year. It’s only a 15-minute drive into downtown Auburn and downtown Opelika, so stay here for easy access to an event at Auburn University or for a relaxing getaway.

Our newly renovated 1882 Railroad House is located in downtown Waverly, AL.Waverly is a quiet & quaint southern town. An easy 10 to 15 mile drive to Auburn University/Football, RTJ Golf course, Gogue Preforming Arts Center and Downtown Opelika and & Auburn. It is located within a VERY short walk to The Waverly Local,Wild Flour Bakery, Standard Deluxe,& Fig&Wasp Antiques. Lanett's Hideaway

This home is centrally located. Next door to Kroger and right in the center of Lanett and West Point. There's a fully fenced yard, three spacious bedrooms, original hardwood from the early 1900s, a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with a bath tub, one with a walk in shower, a living and a dining room. We are currently working on the home and will update pictures as we work on it. we've put a lot of work into reviving this home and are super excited to share it with our guests!

You’ll love our place because you have the whole house to yourself, it's in a family friendly neighborhood, it's quiet, and it's completely furnished. It’s very convenient to Point University, Kia, Calloway Gardens, and more. It's within a fast (interstate) 30 min. to many major places and events, such as Auburn Football (only 20 min. from park and ride at Tiger Town) and East Alabama Medical Center. Families and friend groups welcomed.
