Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Lovely cozy 2 1/2 room holiday apartment, 55 m2 on 2floors in 16th cent. family home above Montreux. The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Très bel appertement de 2.5 pièces à 2 min du lac et 5 min de la gare et des commerces. Il se trouve également à 10 min en bus et 20 min à pieds du 2M2C de Montreux (Montreux Jazz Festival, concerts, etc) et du marché de Noël réputé dans le monde entier. Vous pourrez même vous payer le luxe de skier ou randonner en matinée aux Rochers de Naye (2000m) et finir votre journée par une baignade dans le lac. Il s'agit de mon appartement de tout les jours. Il est donc entièrement équipé.

Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Pour les amateurs et amatrices de neige, les premières stations sont à 20 minutes, accessibles en train.

La Tiny des Plantées

Nichée au cœur d’une nature préservée, cette Tiny House entourée de châtaigniers et de tilleuls centenaires est le point de départ idéal pour les amoureux de randonnée. À seulement 10 minutes à pied du lac (comptez environ 20 minutes pour le retour, avec 200 mètres de dénivelé), elle offre un cadre paisible et propice au lâcher-prise. Les pistes cyclables sont également toutes proches.
