Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Unser renoviertes Studio befindet sich an zentraler Lage, 5-10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt. Die Treppe zum Haus (90 Stufen) zu erklimmen lohnt sich allemal, denn die Unterkunft zeichnet sich durch viel Helligkeit und eine gossartige Aussicht aufs Dorf aus. Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. Fernseher mit Apple-TV Box und kostenloses WLAN sind vorhanden sowie ein abschliessbarer Skiraum.

We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. Situata in mezzo alla natura ai piedi del parco naturale del Mont Avic, a 4 km dal casello autostradale di Verres, a 40 minuti da Aosta e 20 minuti dal Forte di Bard. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

Piccolo alloggio funzionale situato in zona collinare molto tranquilla. A 4 km dall uscita autostradale A 2 km si raggiunge il centro di Saint-Vincent. Ottimo punto di appoggio per raggiungere le stazioni sciistiche Valtournenche (25 min.) Torgnon (20 min.) partenza funivia Pila (25 min.). Castelli e visita alla città di Aosta da non perdere. Numerose le passeggiate nei dintorni. Si segnala la presenza di scale interne.

Pour un séjour à 2 (ou jusqu'à 4) dans un chalet indépendant, situé à 1400m d'alt., à 25 min. de Sion dans la commune d'Evolène, dans le Val d'Hérens. Idéal pour des randonnées, du VTT, du ski, du ski de fond, des balades en raquettes ou du "farniente". Les activités culturelles et la gastronomie locale sont aussi remarquables.
