The Observatory on Rose Manor

The Observatory on Rose Manor is your own private space. It’s 2 blocks from the heart of downtown & beach. We are the golf cart capital of Virginia; rent one when you're in town. We are just over an hour south of DC. Many historic sights, town events & live music here. This small town will take you back in time. This rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built in 1896; it operated as the New Willard Hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on the porch & enjoy the water view.

This river retreat is located in Owings, MD This Guesthouse is located on the Patuxent River and is surrounded by beautiful nature. Get up in the morning and enjoy your coffee watching the Osprey, Eagles, and Hawks fish for their morning breakfast. Located about 40 minutes away from Annapolis and DC for easy day trips. Come back in the evening and grill outside watching the beautiful sunsets. Your host lives in a historic home on the same property dating back to the early 1800's.

New Sealy queen size mattress, well equipped kitchen, Cuisinart coffee maker, full oven, glass topped stove, new refrigerator, and fully screened porch with water view. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults looking to get off the grid and recharge. In St. Mary's County,MD, just 90 minutes south of Washington DC. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

Beach Carriage House with Pool and Cabana

A Colonial Beach property with a heated pool, cabana, and entertaining patio with gas grill is located just steps away from a sandy bathing beach on the historic Potomac River. The Beach Carriage House includes a spiral staircase that leads up to a beautiful loft with a queen-size bed. Downstairs is a full bath with an extra-large walk-in shower as well as a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, queen-size sleep sofa, and equipped kitchenette. Holds up to 4 guests.

Quiet cottage in the woods. King-bed suite.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

Private Entrance, small kitchenette, dining area, living room, and laundry upstairs. You will find a full bathroom and a bedroom equipped with a comfortable bed. The apartment is in the basement, which you will have entirely to yourself. The house is located near the Potomac Mills Mall, restaurants, and 30 minutes from DC. If you want to take a quick walk, there is a park next to the house. Don't hesitate to book; you will enjoy staying here.

This brand new (Feb 2024 build), modern basement unit is ideally located in a lovely community, less than a 5 min drive from regional parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and more in White Plains, MD. It features a spacious, open space plan with a comfy living area, dining area, a nice den, and coffee station equipped with disposable dinnerware and silverware. The bedroom features a super comfortable king-size memory foam bed.

Breton Bay Guesthouse ~ ~ No cleaning fee

Located in the preferred Breton Bay Golf & Country Club neighborhood, this immaculate guesthouse is a 900 square foot detached dwelling with fully equipped kitchen, living room, separate large bedroom, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, and balcony. Will consider setting up the space to accommodate your child and/or infant/toddler. Plenty of parking -- enough room for your personal watercraft or small boat!

Gatton Farm Guesthouse

Gatton Farm Guesthouse is a two bedroom, one bathroom second floor dwelling above a detached garage located in picturesque Newburg, Maryland. Being on 15 acres and only one thousand feet from the Potomac River, guests will enjoy views of Canadian geese, wild turkeys, bald eagles and white tail deer. Gatton Farm is also considered a historical site as it was once the residence of famous guitarist Danny Gatton.

Adorable 1 Bedroom Getaway Retreat

Incredible wooded getaway that is just far enough outside of the city to melt away the stress, but still save on gas. If you are visiting DC and don’t want the hustle of the city, this place is for you. Laid back and charming cottage with walk up entrance and plenty of parking. Bring your boat. Plenty of places to launch from in the area. Cook in unit or delight in the local restaurants.

Come to enjoy this stunning basement, with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds (queen and king size), fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with chimney. Free parking in front of the house (driveway). We don’t provide laundry room. Please do not smoke inside the house ($300 penalty fee) but you are welcome to smoke in the patio. Please let us know if you have any pet (even a service dog).
