Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. Un mélange d’éléments d’époque, de matériaux naturels et de confort moderne, créent une ambiance de charme. Un logement chaleureux avec une âme. Ensoleillement maximal grâce à sa position plein sud. Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.

Idéalement situé au calme, cet appartement offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée du Rhône et les Dents-du-Midi.
