Nous ne sommes pas des professionnels, puisque nous louons occasionnellement notre appartement où nous habitons, lorsque nous quittons Paris pour le week-end ou les vacances ! L’appartement est un deux pièces, entièrement rénové, où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Il est proche des transports pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Paris et au cœur d’un quartier commerçant.

Bienvenue! 🤗 Cet appartement situé dans un environnement calme et sûr est très bien équipé! TV connectée 55 pouces (toutes les chaines du monde), fibre optique, wifi, lave linge séchant, plaque induction, four à micro ondes, balcon aménagé, réfrigérateur, congélateur, canapé-lit (queen size). Attention : la maison est idéalement pour 10 personnes, néanmoins nous pouvons disposer 2 lits pliant pour 2 personnes supplémentaires. À noter: les escaliers grincent (escaliers d’origine 1930) et attention si vous prenez un bain dans la salle de bain du 2eme étage (pas beaucoup d’hauteur sur plafond). Pas des fêtes ni soirée. Les voisins apprécient le calme et la tranquillité. Interdit de fumer dans la maison.
